how offten do you have to change the mix in the bottle? I'am also thinking of doing this to my 55 gallon

Well there is no bubbles coming out. I have it hooked up to my power head filter.

I use 2 cups sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of yeast in mine and it lasts for about 10-11 days but output by 10 days is a bit slow. I get a nice stream of bubbles for the first few days of a batch....
