My tap water has high ammonia in, i know this as I’ve tested it before, I use half rain water and half tap water this balances everything out.

My tap water is:
Ammonia: 70mg/l
and 0
GH1 16d
Kh-3d
Ph - 6.8
Cl is 1.5 but I use tapsadw and that brings it to 0

With rainwater mixed it’s my current values

What is nitrite? Both in the aquarium and tap water.

Impossible...rainwater doesn't have Chlorine.....why rainwater? No need for it.
