At this point I'm tired of the ot. I'm working 6 days a week next week and at least 3-4 of those will be 12's. I'm tired and worn out at this point and everyone else at work is tired and worn out. This basically means I'm tired and grumpy and have to deal with 11 other people who are also tired and grumpy. Makes for a happy work place :)
 
Well, it's gotten even crazier staffing wise. Last night a guy worked 2nd shift (2:30p-10:30p). They couldn't find anyone to work the second half of 3rd shift (3a-7a) so they somehow talked him into going home at 10:30 and then coming back in at 3 to work until 7. He looked beat by the end of the shift. I don't even like the guy and I felt sorry for him.
 
try not having a choice of whether you work overtime or not, and then not getting paid any extra for it. ;)

That would suck worse than what we have. A lot of the ot being worked now is forced, but at least we do get paid for it.
