Pleco and Cories

Shouldn't be. I have 4 BNs and 5 cories in my 55 and they all get along really well.

I've never kept cories, but from the disposition of my BN's I would say that they won't be a problem with anything.

Well Bulldog would be my first choice, but i just want one more decent sized fish for the bottom. All though you would swear my blood parrots are bottom dwellers.

That is a cool lookin' plec'. But I don't know anything about their compatabilty with other bottom dwellers... hopefully someone comes along that can answer for you. If not, try searching on planetcatfish.com and google.

I have a small juvenile BN pleco in with 4 emerald cories and they get along just fine.

i have read that plecos might try to suck the slime coat off of fish if the pleco is under-fed, but as long as you keep all the tank's inhabitants in good nutrition, there shouldn't be an issue.

I keep a BN with 20+ sterbai in my 75g with no issues. I think that if you have enough "caves" for the pleco to pick from, it won't likely be an issue.

There are at least 3 big caves and three flower pots. But these guys are small. Havent been able to find any and we just went to petsmart today to look at the cats for adoption and sure enough they have about 10 of these guys, rubber plecos is what they have them listed as, and in the same tank they had baby angel fish, smallets ones I have ever seen. I am talking about the size of this smiley . But I have to go to work out of town this weekend but when I return on Monday I am going to go pick one up and throw him in QT for about 2 weeks.

um, if it's coming from 'deathmart', i'd qt for longer than 2 weeks. i'd suggest qt-ing any fish from a big box store for at least a month.
