Pleco dying

OK, so after reading through some posts I feel like a newbie for sure. Bought a 10 gallon, 2 goldfish and a pleco(who is now slowly fading into fishy heaven. Is there anything to do that might revive him, he is still making a valiant attempt to stay upright and stick to the glass but he keeps reverting to the floating stages.

Any thoughts would be great if they get here in time. Obviously if he goes we won't be getting another for this tank as it seems they aren't preferably for a 10 galloner(though when I was younger I had one and it lived for ever).

Well you tank is crazy overstocked. The goldfish need about 20g each, and depending on the Pleco about 55g. Return thoes fish now. They will all die, because of the huge load. Pick up a test kit, and do a proper cycle.

how big is the pl*co also does it have any ornaments or driftwood in the tank? also how long have you had the goldfish and pl*co and did you cycle the tank and check the levels?

lol it looks like i was just beaten to the punch . maybe the curse of the correctly spelled pl*co might have struck yet again once more making it seem as if some of those old wives tales may just be true.
