Pleco hiding by heater

try to put more things in the tank for the pleco to hide behind. like plants or small pieces of driftwood.

Lots of hiding spots in my tank, but this particular Pelco just prefers to hide behind heaters. He's also the only one who seems brave enough to come out during the day.

My rubberlip does the same thing. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and that is where i always find it during the day, right behind the filter.

This particular Pleco picks some odd places. I have this small gargoyle statue in my tank. When he is not behind the heater, this Pleco is hiding in the space under the gargoyle's wing. It looks so cute but I can't get a picture of it as you have to look into the tank from a hard angle to see it.
