Pleco Stomach Rotten :(

From the other one to this one, I think he's starting to recover, pinkness means that there is living tissue closer to the top, but the real question is whether or not it's starting to fill in or if it's eroding further. If it doesn't start healing soon, consider adding Maracyn (without the 2) along with the Maracyn 2 since as Debbi mentioned they are designed to work together.

I'm really pulling for your guy. I have a soft spot for plecos.
 
After examining the patient again today: the redness is gone and it seems like the skin is starting to grow back some. I think he is on the road of recovery.

He has made a full recovery. All color has returned to the effected area and he is healthy and happy as a clam.
