Pleco that eats like a regular fish

Thanks. I am pretty ashamed of the state of the plants right now. My CO2 bottle has sat empty for about 2 months now... I used to drive past an Airgas office on my way to work, but I have been working from home lately.
The bandit cichlids are constantly rescaping the gravel, moving the drift wood, etc, so it's like a construction zone.

Ok I didnt realise this was a serious thread about the diet of Mr gibbi.
I have found that when my guys were being beaten to the wafers etc, I started attaching pieces of pumpkin, zucchini, lettuce (not ice berg) even sweet capsicum to a weight, fed alternately with OSI algae discs they all have little pot bellies. Its a cheap and very effective method I have found to keep my L's happy and very healthy as pellets and wafers on their own just aren't enough, imo.
Like i said he is a beauty with a slightly sunken belly that needs a little attention. Good luck with it as it is an easy fix.

Its always fun to see plecos doing that. But like others have said, it looks like he may be underfed.
Amazing tank you have there! My old pleco used to do the same thing. He would come eat out of my hand if I held the wafers or pellets in my hand.
I've seen a few plecos doing that. Kind of interesting. But sometimes, not always, it can be a sign of not getting enough food like others have said.
