I am planning to set up a new tank and I have in mind putting a small bristlenose pleco in a 20g tank with some red cherries. Will these be good tank mates??? My concern is that maybe the pleco will eat the baby shrimps or the eggs. Would like to hear your opinions on this before my set up.

I'd say no there should not be a problem, but I'll wait until the more qualified folks step in.

I have kept RCS / Neocaridina as well as Caridina shrimp in a 40 Breeder with Ancistrus/bristlenose plecos for several years. There are plenty of shrimp in the tank. My tanks always have lots of cover, at least 1/4 covered with plants.
