We had got 3 1inch plecos to try out in our koi pond over the summer. Well now they are like 8-9 inches... I just had a question about them. will they do fine in the pond over the winter? we live in pensacola Florida and wasnt sure if I should take them out. and the feeding thing with fruits and veggies, whats the best of the 2 to feed them? like are one kind of fruit better then another? thanks

How deep is the pond? I donated my overgrown pleco to my boss' goldfish pond and its been there for a couple years, its been fine. Its around a foot and a half deep.

its about.. 2 or a little more feet deep in the middle and the sides are like a foot. no its never froze over or anything like that b4, i just didnt know if it would be to cold or not.
