depending on the fish you are trying to keep these values aren't a big deal, if this is the water you will always be using why would you want to change?
If you have Dr. Paul Loiselle's book on Cichlids he gives an easy DIY recipe for boosting too soft water to Rift Lake levels. If you don't have the book, post back and I'll look it up.
But you can do your own if the LFS does not handle the Seachem line.
You can use one level teaspoon per 10 gallons of KCl (potassium chloride, commercial salt substitue - read the label to be sure it is KCL).
Two level tablespoons per 10 gallons of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate, also grocery or drug store).
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate, NaHCO3) to get the KH up where you want it, at least to KH 6-9, also grocery store or drug store. Measure quantity and record amount needed for future reference.
ALL the above must be pre-dissolved in water and added slowly (use ~1/3 the needed quantity the first week, 2/3 the second, full levels the third) to the tank with fish, otherwise you can osmotic-shock the fish. Once the water is up where you want it, the changes with pretreated water are just routine as the makeup will be matching what is in the tank, you do not have to be so slow and careful then.
