Pls help!

Peas for intestinal blockage, soak them in garlic water to stimulate his appetite. He can go a week or longer without food, much longer if he's nice and fat. Your water temp may be too high for him, if this is the case, you may need to shade or cool your tank.

As for the missing fish, your pleco will not eat them unless they have died. It's quite possible the fish died, then the pleco ate the dead fish.

If he's eaten an artificial plant, we can only hope he tore it into small enough pieces to pass through his system and emerge. The peas will help with this, and the garlic will help him be interested in the peas.

I would blame the missing Mollie Frys on the Betta if only around 1" in size, or the Pleco ONLY if the babies died, which easily could be the case if the water is poor.

What were the water conditions?

As for the pleco, I would treat for a blockage first, as many have suggested. the gola is to feed him fiber. Peeled blanched peas work best.
