Poll: Should I just return the 5 gallon?

It's pretty hard to see your fish's health condition when it's in a bucket.

Ah! See, I've never had a sick fish, so I have never thought of that!

I was just trying to save money - my hubby thinks I am started to spend to much money on this habit!

First off, put your husband in his place; you have rights
second, why not just buy another tank with the $50 and then decide?

Ooops too late bro. She already used the 50 bucks

I would never pay $50 for a 5 G tank, IMO that is absurd. Good for you for taking it back! especially when you can buy a bigger tank for $50. Have you tried www.craigslist.com ? Click on your state, then city closest to you, or if you are will to travel for a good deal, search the other cities in your state. Then type in aquarium or fish tank into the search bar. I found my complete 75 G setup with two canister filters for only $185 on there! Check it out!

It was a kit with filter and bio wheel - maybe that is why they charged more?
