well 2 of my lovely betas bothj nearly met death 2day
my CT male beta mr.stringey fish(my fave fish and i love him 2 bits) was attacked in hsi 10 gallon by i dont know whom. 1 sword tail and a blue ram in the 10 g were his tank mates. i went feed him and his beautiful tail was gone.... just plain and simple gone! i instantly just freaked and got him out and in a hospital tank though its unheated.. next my female beta decided to take a leap 2day and landed, my some act of god on the wet net i used to get my male out of the tank and lived. she was out of water for about 4 hours. she is recovering now i threw her in the tank instantly and she just floated on her side for abit but shes swimming properly again and looks to be alright. Both i expect will fully heal and be healthy again. My male though will probly take time. ive decided also to get him his own 2.5 tank and heater and filter with some live plants. wow what a day and man did they get lucky! poor mr.s tringey fish why oh why did he go in that death trap :cry:
