Poor man's (woman's) discus

Both fish are pretty. Are they yours? I am not familiar with the "poor man's" fish, what type of fish is it?

Was just kidding. One is really a discus, the other is a severum with simular color, and they are not my fishes. I saw these at LFS, and thought they looked about the same, they are very different in price.
