Porcupine dream

Hi Guys,

Just in the process of moving to my new home and my dream
is to house a porcupine puffer in a big enough tank to cater for it
permanently without the need to upgrade tanks size at a later date.
Can anyone please advise the recommended tank size needed for this.
also suitable companions and landscape needed and even lighting !
I have read just about every article on these but none seem to advise
on what i need to know

I'd say maybe 100 to a 125g is good. I'll try annd find some tankmates. and I'll look up on lighting etc.

how about some butterfly fish or damsels or cardinals? I read that they can get along.

what kind of puffer do you want to keep?? i asked this question before for a porcupine and i was told to get a 300+ since they can get around 1' long

There are three fish commonly called porcupine puffer. Normally it's Diodon halocanthus.
