Some of you know of my disaster that took place last week. Basically, I bought a fish, it died, and he** broke out in my tank. The water has finally stabilized, but my gold angel still has the white film on here eyes. Today, I noticed it to be on the stringy side. So, my thoughts are now fungus. What do I need to do??? Will that PimaFix work???? Thanks!!

I have had success with pimafix. It is important to do a water change after the required treatment time, in order to keep the water clean. If it comes back ( it did with me) treat the tank again followed by another water change. After the second treatment the fungus cleared up and the water stabilized.

Will the Aquarium Phamraceuticals Fungus Cure Cpasules work just as well??? If so, can the whole tank be treated or do I have to separate that one angel? I really hope not, I don't have the proper q-tank to do this with.

Thanks!

I'm not sure. I've never used those. I like to use pimafix because it's natural. I don't think it would hurt to treat the whole tank. It will prevent the other fish from developing it.
