Jethro is doing much better. He is now in a fry net in the main tank. He looks good, but is already making moves like he wants to be a bully again. We are afraid to put him back in the tank, but we don't have another cichlid tank, and we just couldn't keep him in the 1 gal any longer. So... we were going to put the yellow who is holding, in the net, but I guess I will have to buy another net for that. I hope that Jethro and his tank mates will start ignoring one another soon so that we can reintroduce him to the tank.
