Nope not a joke, he's been hanging with me for a few months now, and no don't need a permit or license to have one. He comes and goes as he wants, and I'm sure he had to be someones pet at some time.
Sasuke's the stripey boy, and Kiba's the black one. They're brothers (note the matching white nose stripes and paw pads). They were the last two out of a litter at the humane society, we paid for Sasuke and they gave us Kiba free because they have a hard time adopting out black kitties and they wanted to free up the kennel. We're very glad we kept them together, as you can see, they're pretty inseparable.

The orange tabby is the oldest, Spencer, the chubby tabby is Puffles, the long-haired tabby is Levin, the solid gray is Twelve, and the black is BooBoo, who I lost several years ago to a car 
. He was my first pet ever. I have another cat named Bubbles but I don't seem to have a pic of her on here. She's a lighter version of Puffles.
