I've been growing this for many years to get it ready just for this Christmas, whatcha all think ?:huh:

Needs lights and at least some tinsel! When I lived in Florida I used a potted palm tree for our tree. We were very poor that year and it was all I had. The kids thought it was cool!

Noodles, my husband grew up pretty poor. He lived in Arizona for a bit as a kid and one Christmas his dad made a tree out of tumbleweeds. He LOVED that tree and still talks fondly about it. I think it's really neat that he cherishes that memory.

That is cool. I think the best memories are made from the toughest times. it brings people together and reminds us what is really important.

Here's my tree, it did make it out of the bucket of water in the garage! It's about 9 feet tall and I put around 1500 little lights on it.
