I haven't made one yet, but I was thinking about it.
Maybe get a little section on the forums for it if we get enough interest in it?
Trades and sales would be very easy as everything would fit inside a small padded envelope :thm:
Find a cool unique stone and post a picture of it for sale or trade, or pretty much anything that could go in your mini rock garden.

Sound fun?

I dont understand the interest TBH.... they arent that cool looking- just a slab of wood covered in rocks and sand... no live plants, no live animals... nothing...

to each his own-- go for it if it sparks your interest.. just my 2 cents though

Well the thing is is that you can do much more then that. You can make like a dry aquascape without the water and use dry plants/grass/wood to create your design

meh.. I get the concept, just not my thing I guess- I prefer for my aquascapes to GROW

didnt mean to burst your bubble, or be rude or anything-- just not something that would hold my interest for more than about 10 minutes

so do i. i used to have a big bowl with rocks in it i'd use to make patterns from and change them around every few days.
