2 Jacks WILL NOT be ok in 55G, If they are anything like mine they will NEED 55G for ONE fish. Blues tend to get slightly larger then normal jacks about 13-14 inches (though my normal jack will give them a run for that title)

You are the first person I have ever heard say that an ebjd gets bigger than a regular jd. This includes people who raise and sell them. 13"-14"?? You've actually seen ebjds that big?! Where? When? The prevailing wisdom is that they are more delicate, less aggressive, and smaller (although that may simply mean they tend to die sooner).
