Yes, there is an AquaClear 101 that's very small. I didn't even know they existed, I've never seen them for sale at any online retailers but I was at Petsmart the other day and they had them for $17. They've even compatible with the hagen quickfilters.
Aquarium Systems makes the Mini-Jet and Micro-Jet pumps which are just as small or smaller and have comparable or better flow and can be found at any online retailer. The Micro-Jet 450 pumps something like 115GPH and is $15 at bigalsonline.com. However, these are basically just water pumps and will not power a UGF.
What do you have for filtration? maybe you could try a submersible filter and kill two birds with one stone. No surface agitation either.

I have the Mini-Jet just to move water near the bottom (corner) of the tank. It's a good product, but should not be considered a 'power-head' since there's minimal flow. This Mini-Jet is adjustable from 18gph to 108gph. And, all it does is push water around some..
Unless you have fish that like lots of water flow, there's no need at all for a Mini-Jet in a 10 gallon tank. A good filter will do wonders, rather than spending any money on a power-head "accessory"...

I got the AC 101 (or whatever the smallest one is). Very very quiet, I could even hear the light timer moving. The flow adjustment is handy and there's a lot of flexibility in where you install it - you can use it with a clamp or suction cups, and it's pretty much all-around adjustable - everything swivels, turns and moves.
