Pregnant shrimp! with pictures.

yeah, most don't, but like I said you can special order it. Just ask to talk to the aquatics specialist or the manager and say "I'd like to order this," if they can order it they will but in most cases you have to be available to pick it up the day and time that it arrives. They don't like to hold it for you.
(because then they put it into their system, then have to take it out and you put it in your system, plus it's already been traveling, it's just very stressful on the fish so usually they make you come get it when it arrives)

I wanted to add that the white blackberry shrimp is changing colors, she's almost a peachy orange today, will take a picture when I get my new light today. I turned it off yesterday morning and they are all out and about now.
(I think my light was too bright for them, it is a 26-watt light that comes with the Finnex 4G, anyone have suggestions for a new bulb? Picked up a 10-watt coralife minicompact light and it was pink, did not like it.)

I'm starting to be afraid that this white shrimp is not a dwarf shrimp. Can a shrimp be pregnant before it is full grown?
I am posting pictures of the shrimp's color now, how it has changed. The first pic is just to give an idea of the colors, the second picture shows the pattern on her back, and the third pic is another from the side to show colors.
I am not really concerned with what type of shrimp it is as long as it is some species of dwarf shrimp. Does anyone know?

I'm not sure what a white shrimp would be, but it's not a snowball. (those are white)
My best guess is that it is indeed a Caridina species of dwarf shrimp, maybe a hybrid, and yes they can become berried before they are full grown. She also is for sure berried.

it's a dwarf shrimp for sure... what kind? not so sure
do caridinas like tiger or CRS have the stripe as well? i know my RCS have stripes

Well, the babies are growing up! In the first picture you can see a baby on java moss next to an orange bee shrimp.
In the second picture is the white mom shrimp who has now released her babies as you can see! She released them over the last two days.
In the third picture is the mom blackberry shrimp.
And in the last picture is my tank! How does it look? Do you have any suggestions of what to add, take out, or move around?
It has been really fun watching these shrimp grow up, they're getting big so fast! But now I have a whole new "crop" growing up in there too, and I can really tell the difference between their sizes. It's funny that right away they start doing regular "shrimp stuff," picking around and looking for food.

your guy looks very much like my white shrimp with a yellow tint.. i got her as a mistake for an amano..
