Anyone know how much a neon tetra runs?

$1.49 at my local Petsmart last I saw.

at my local PETCO they are $1.49, sometimes on sale with their petco card, for 5 for $5

Petco/Petsmart generally run the $1.49 here as well, but at least every couple months they run a .99 sale on them.

Our LFS charges 1.29 each with a discount for large quantity purchases.

I've found them on-line for mail order as low as .89, but they warn to buy at least 20% more than you really want to make up for shipping losses and the minimum purchase is usually a couple dozen.
