Amquel no, Amquel + yes.
I've always used Prime, but use Bio Safe if Prime is out of stock at the local LFS.
In fact I just bought a freaking 1 gallon bottle of Prime at the LFS and it cost me $90!!!!!
They had to special order it for me, but NINETY BUCKS! Sheesh!
