Problem wires

This is a stupid question bt i have set up a new tank but i cannot get the wire outside the tank so the hood sits bent how do i get the wires out properly

you got that plastic strip in the back of the hood right? cut a hole in it

You just need to cut a notch, or a hole for the wires so they will fit under the hood.
