I have a coralife 48" light that just recently had a bulb die. I bought this unit used and therefore have no manual to rely on. Is there anyone out there who can help me know what to do to loosen this crazy bulb. My husband has even tried to pull it out and we just cannot figure it out. I don't know if there is a trick to it or if these bulbs are just really stuck! We've tried to pull the others out just to see if something was funny about the dead one, but those won't give up either! They are the square pin bulbs....please help!

the squarepin bulbs are diff. try pushing to either side they should drop out one end

i think i have this exact same bulb..how did u even get to the bulb? im still hung up on that.. i have to change mine too..

I had to unscrew the side screws and slide out the plastic cover to get to it. That's where I'm at right now. There are a couple of screws on the end of the plug in part and I'm going to see if they do anything....I am thinking it will be ridiculous if I have to do that to change a bulb, but it's worth a shot.
