Hose clamps or the latches that hold the top to the base/can?

The latches that hold the top to the base. The water is dripping from 2 of them.

Update: Turns out it was the main O-ring. My dad replaced the big O-ring and the noise stopped and it stopped pulling air.

Good deal!
After further thought, I messed up on my above statement. If I'm thinking about this correctly, the whole canister housing is technically the suction side. The pump and beyond is the pressure side. That being the case, you could pull in air from the big o-ring.

Good to know. The only time I have had the problem was with a hose clamp. Next time I will keep the o-ring in mind also.
