That only works if you pull off the move successfully. What if you break something? What if she asks for your insurance and/or bond certificates? If it's in a place where her property might be damaged, you'd be committing fraud, trespassing, and be liable for a tort for misrepresentation on top of whatever the actual damages are. Fraud is a felony charge--is it worth it to save a few dollars (literally) on an aquarium?
Unless the aquarium is more than $150-200 cheaper than other offers and/or a new tank, I'd just skip it. You have to assume professional movers are going to be charging at least $75/hr (labor, fuel, vehicle surcharges) and that the move will take at least two hours of billable time (i.e. 65+ minutes).
If she says professional movers, she has her reasons. It's her aquarium to sell, and it's her right to put whatever restrictions she wants on it.
