Progress being made. But still some Algae Problems. Help ID this Algae?

i use cleanwater sachets in my filter to help keep my phosphates down. if thats of any help.

Yep! That's exactly what I used to finish them off. Once I got them down to about 1ppm the little packet in the filter is what I used to get the phosphates all the way to zero.
