Did you look at the link I put? Those colors definitely look like Bog Scarlet Hygro. Not AR. It's really obvious when they are put side by side. If you want you can get a scond opinion by asking in the aquatic plants section. I would bet money on this. That is how sure I am. Are the tops of the leaves green or magenta? AR doesn't have the bright magenta color even on the bottom of the leaves that this plant has.
