i wanna setup a nano 10 gallon with dwarf seahorses, but was talking to some one and they told me most the corals and such are not good to have with sea horses due to high light and high water flow would stress them out.

my question is what kinds of things can i have with sea horses that are reef related, like say tube worms, shrimp, crabs, aneome, maybe other fish ?

so looking at things that do not need huge water flow and lower light levels, what ideas might you guys suggest for stocking such a tank ?

dwarf seahorses arnt good swimmers, so the high flow most coral like wouldn't work out well. there may be some hardy corals that could due without high flow but im not sure. they like to hold onto things with their prehensile tails so calupera algaes would be needed for that purpose

there are virtually no other fish you could keep with seahorses due to their eating requirements, it would be best to keep it a species tank.

You can have a bit of flow, but it needs to be diffused and very broad. Most corals will either sting the horses or be eroded themselves (like gorgonia). Light is a non-issue with most species, since they are mostly from exceptionally shallow water.
