Proposed tank setup

I want a bigger home for my Congo tetras so I'm proposing the following setup and adding a few fish so any comments would be appreciated

180 gallon tank on pine stand (all-glass... not sure if thats an ok brand or not)
Eheim 2260 filter and Eheim 2217 filter (I have both)
Two Ebo heaters, 250W
Custom made light fixture with four 48" flourescent (I'm making this myself)

20 Congo tetras (around 3.5" long)
5 clown loach
1 skunk loach
1 4" angelfish
5 harlequin rasbora
5 cherry barbs

The tank will be planted fairly heavily with things that might be easy to keep. and will also have driftwood. If anything in this combo seems off or bad, please let me know I am going to buy the tank in under 30 days.

All-Glass is pretty much the industry standard... a very reliable brand name

i might rethink the cherry barbs and rasboras, but this is speculation... from what i've read and seen myself, congos can get pretty wild at feeding time and accidentally knock off smaller species. don't quote me on it though

if i had a tank that large to work with, i might think about a few more angels or some exotics, like a Farowella or something

I also would skip the harlequins(the angel will eat em) and the barbs. I would add some more angels or something exciting since the tank is so big.

Hmm how about adding a pair of Blue Rams into the tank. I'd really want to avoid more angels because I want to stay away from more angels. I find angels to actually be territorial and pushy! I've owned dempsys, firemouths and moderatly aggressive fish and I find angels to be less tolerant of other fish even if they have lots of space. Also if I can help it, I dont want to add anything big into the tank. I know the clown loaches can get big. The congos can hit over 4" I think but they are the 'show case' fish in this tank so its ok for them to be big.

I was even thinking of smaller gouramis like honey gouramis. I guess adding my siamese fighting fish would be out of the question (he's in a 2.5gallon rightnow). I suspect he'll get nipped and bitten because of his fins.
