There was a local news story on this issue. They said Petco & Petsmart are no longer selling them

I think the actuality is that the stores have been advised to take them off their shelves.

I don't go to either much, but I know a friend saw them for sale in VA earlier today



I would strongly suggest everyone should watch the Tank Tested video, and share it to any fish keeping friends.
