Puffer Identification

IMHO it is not a red-eye (Carinotetraodon), but one of the target group. It could be a brown puffer (Tetraodon turgidus), or could be a Fang's (T. cochinchinensis) -but the spot is not red at all, or one of the others. The "group" is hard to ID. They range from 3 to over 6", are generally nasty-tempered toward any tankmates, not very active, like heavily planted FW tanks with a selction of overhangs/plant clumps where they can rest and watch.

note splotchy color on male as opposed to near perfect circles on leiurus, as well as red on male lorteti dorsal, absent on your fish

i've added some more pictures to our link! hopefully they will help with any more suggestions on what type fatty is. but now i have another problem....he has a white spot on his body, kinda looks like a burn....not too sure. there are some pictures i took on the link. please help me figure if he is sick or he has a wound....thanks for all the suggestions.....still haven't come up with a conclusion what type of puffer fatty is......
