Speaking of mushrooms who here has ric floridas? If you do, where did you pick them up? Locally or ordering them? I'm in the process of trying to locate some blues locally but so far no luck.

The only blues I've run across that aren't sold out are on liveaquaria but they want a fortune for them. Bah.
Those purple shrooms do like to reproduce. I've got about a thousand of them in my tang, but they all just inhabit a piece of tonga branch.

I bought a lil quarter sized (but with 2 mouth) orange ric from my lfs a few weeks ago for $25, also. But I think he was just being nice to me because i'm cheap, but i come in weekly and spend $20 on water.

Thank you! Those prices are great. I'll have to check around to see what others have thought about the specimens they received from them but looks like it might be a keeper to me.
We have some purple / blue mushroooms as well as orange Florida ricordia and green Florida ricordia. The rics we bought "locally" in Augusta, GA at Star Aquatics. Coral Dynamics in Charlotte has had orange rics. The last time I saw any blue rics locally was almost a year ago (@ Star Aquatics in Augusta).
I went to Steve's last weekend, he didn't have a single ric left. But he has me on his list for when he gets them back in. The amount of coral he has in is amazing isn't it?

Yeah, Coral Dynamics is pretty impressive. His coral selection puts the stores here in Columbia to shame.
CMAC is having a club meeting at Star Aquatics coming up again this fall. My wife and I will most likely go... if I see some I could pick up a one / some for you if you like. Or, if they have any, I'd most likely buy one or two for myself, so I could always set up a frag for you if you don't find any in the meantime and wouldn't mind waiting.
