So I'm pretty tired of feeding out of plastic bags and I started thinking of what other types of containers I could transfer the food into to make it easier. Well I found this cute little caddy for $1.50 at work last night that would be perfect to carry small spice bottles from tank to tank therefore making feeding MUCH easier. Now where to find spice bottles that aren't going to cost me an arm and a leg? FOUND EM! BUT the site has a policy than any order under $50 has a $10 small order fee tack onto it. So here's what I want help with. I need to fill the order to $50. I'm thinking there can be 2 options.
1. 4 oz clear container with a screw off lid for $1
2. 4 oz clear container with a double flip lid. shaker one side, open pour other side for $1.25
Heck, if you want me to, I'll even go buy a caddy (blue, tan, or white) from work for ya so all you'll have to do is fill the bottles and feed away. (For the cost of the caddy of course)
Only thing additional is the shipping from me to you which will obviously depend on how many you get.
If you'd like to help me fill up my $50 quota, please let me know via PM with how many you'd like of which kind.
I'm hoping to get this order out in the next week or so. I will not take any money until I know the full $50 order is complete. If you say you're going to order, please do not back out once I say I need the money. I wouldn't be the only person you're disappointing.

Just raided my spice cabinet for appropriate diameters bottles and we got 20 in there.

seems to me that it might be cheaper to go to the dollar store and buy FULL spice containers, and then just dump the spices....or do lots of cooking.

Just don't use the container that houses the cloves :D
I'm thinking that I could use a few of those FF.....like 5 or 6. I'm down. Double tops.

Will do.

I use the containers from Tetra Flakes came in. Large pellets are in old Hikari bags. Anything else is in resealable Tupperware type containers.

Too bad I don't have any old bottles laying around. I thought about that and also prescription bottles but scrip bottles i think i'd have to refill every few days for some of the food i feed. Plus I like the thought of one handed feeding. Pop the top with my thumb and sprinkle away.

What you need is someone in the food service industry who could save industrial spice bottles for you. They have the shakers, but are really large. That would work great for Ken's pellet foods-- if you enlarged the holes just a little.
