Okay, I've glued the bar together, except the spray bar that goes into the last elbow. This way I can change the hole size and bar if need be and clean the bar out. I let it cure for 2 days PVC and Paint. (Fusion paint) I Drilled the holes 1" apart. The holes are between 1/8" and 1/4", 3/16". I added two very small holes to the top that shoot up more. They give a little ripple to the water on the top of the tank. So, far I like the water movement. I might go ahead since I have left over straight pipe and drill out a bar with 1/8' holes and see how that moves the water. I included pics.
