For those who recommended possible tank mates for my clown several days ago, thanks heaps, ended up getting what LFS called coral goby (looks like yellow clown goby)

LFS couldn't recommend both a pyjama wrasse and blue tang enough. However, I have some concerns with a tang and my tank size. Also heard wrasse can be aggressive but he assures me that this pyjama type are not. Any advice??

Also 1 or 2 cardinals, they seem to school nicely together?

Cheers

i agree that the wrasse may be more aggressive than you'd like and your tank is much to small for any tang. as far as cardinals go, i'd get 2 of them i think. i have a lone pajama cardinal and she is fine on her own though so it's really up to you. if you like the look of wrasses there are many to choose from that are not as aggressive, look into the fairy and flasher wrasses they are beautiful! you could also get a dwarf angel in your tank but you might want to add a fish like that last...

Thanks heaps guys. Those LFS guys are sneaky. Glad I posted here prior to purchasing anything

Looking at pictures on the net, closest match would be six-line wrasse. Most reviews seem to say it is mostly peaceful. However, the experienced fish keepers on this site are yet to send me wrong, so I will be good and listen

Salty, any particular type dwarf angel you would recommend.

I really should think of all my questions first and then post, sorry guys

depends if you are thinking of having corals in the future. if you are just going to have a FOWLR you could go with the standard coral beauty or flame angel, they are relatively inexpensive and easy to find. there are many types of beautiful angels out there, i like the flameback and the half-black quite a bit myself as well as the bi-color. if you are planning on a reef in the future you may have to skip on the angel.

Thanks salty
