ok so I got a python, I definitely like it. I have one question though, we live in an area that has high humidity and its pretty warm. how do you all store youre pythons. im worried about it molding. have you even had a problem with mold in youre pythons and if so would it hurt the fish if it did get a bit moldy..basically is it something I should worry about.

Store mine in the basement, I hang it from hooks from one side of the basement to the other so that it gets air and dries out. Never had mold.
Good question - I noticed mine is starting to get something in it, hope it wont hurt the fish ... I guess I need to run something through it soon, but I am hesitant to put something that will harm the fish - afraid I would leave residue that would kill em' all.
I would think that if what grows inside the hose of my python would hurt the fish, mine would already be goners from what's growing inside the canister hoses in all 4 of my filstars ... :barf:Just my opinion ...
