i bought a black rubber main container to pick up my lr in. can i use that as a QT? would it work??

The disadvantage is that you may not be able to observe anything well whereas the tank could allow you to see through your LR.
i am glad it will work because this little nano venture has tapped all my play money dry for right now and i can't afford another tank right now for a qt. so basicly i just need to put a little filter. i have a aqua clear 20, a heater and some where to hide right??
