Question about cory eggs

my sisters cory laid eggs on a plant leaf and she wants to maybe take off the leaf and put it in her breeder box thats floating so the eggs dont get eaten. does the mother have to be with the eggs for them to survive?

Like everyone else said, the parents dont need to be there. However, the eggs do need a good strong water flow, so make sure there's a bubbler or something in or near the breeder net. Once they hatch they'll live off their eggsack at first, then they'll need fry food (like hikari first bites) or just hatched brine shrimp or something.
