Question about ebo-jager heaters

Are they completely submersible?

I just receive a 50 watt in the mail and actually took the time to read the directions. It said that they are not completely submersible. I didn't read the direction however when a received the 150 watt heater about a year ago for my 29 gallon. I completely submersed it. I have had no problems with the heat completely submersed.

They should be. After Eheim took them over things have been totaly messed up. Does the box say "SE" or something like that?
