today i bought some Mardel CopperSafe, it says to take out the invertebrates from the tank? i have a crab and three snails, i know the snails have to come out, should the crab come out, the guy in the store said it would be best to put the fish with Ich in a quarentine (sp?) tank, but i dont have a tank, nor the time to set one up, but i do have a little fish bowl i can put the crab and the snails in. but how long could they last in the little bowl, and how long will it take to treat the fish, and how long after can i put the inverts back in, thanks

Using copper, you will need to treat the fish separately from the tank since you're keeping inverts. Quaranting the inverts will not work - copper is lethal to inverts and will persist in the display tank long after the ich is gone.

There are reef/invert safe ich treatments available, but I've never tried them and can't vouch for their effectiveness.
