Question for LFS workers...

You want to make sure the LFS cares about where they sell these fish to. When I first joined the hobby I made the mistake of buying a couple of very small ID sharks from Walmart without doing any research. When I discovered how big they get and observed how easily startled they were I knew I had to get rid of them. By the time they were about 4 inches long they were constantly crashing into the glass (Hard enough to daze themselves). Still quite small given their eventual size but already too large for my 30 Gallon I returned them to the LFS who took them eventhough they were purchased elsewhere. My conscience was pacified until I found out they were purchased by some fool for her 10 gallon. THe LFS guy made some money and didn't really care where they ended up. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged and said he can't help it if she was stupid enough to buy an ID shark for a 10 gallon.

Needless to say I try to do my research these days.
