Question on posting pictures

When I attach pictures it is in the form of an attachment. However, I notice that other people can attach their picture inline. How do you do this?

You need to have the pictured hosted for you, try Photobucket.com. They also give you the correct url to enter into your post so that the picture will show up "inline".
