The plants you link to require at least moderate light. All plants require fertilization but the source depends on your tank parameters which you haven't stated. :)

As a sidelight, I received most of my plants from that particular seller with good luck on them.
 
it's a very easy plant to grow. It will do better with more light and CO2, but it should do OK without. The roots grow very quickly and spread a lot, so you may want to uproot, cut off the bottom, and replant every few weeks, especially if it grows fast.

Edit: I was talking about the Hygrophila (water wisteria), I didn't realize there were other ones too. The Amazon sword is undemanding but grows very large, and the stem plants like a lot of light, so don't let other plants shade them.

well my tank is a 55 gall 48l 13w 24h wat fertilization would i use does it affect the fish?or maybe the water chemistry?
 
my bulb says its a 15 w aquarium light in came with a package deal with the tank is that wat ur looking for or is there something else
 
15 watts on the 55 gallon tank wouldn't be enough to keep the plants alive. I know that some people have managed with a little less than 1 watt per gallon but I wouldn't want to try it myself with less than 1.5 watts per gallon. The low light level aquarium requires little or no extra fertilization beyond what your fish load adds.
 
Well they seem really bright but i guess i need to go out and get some new bulbs can u recommend one or give me a estimate on how much two will cost
 
The cheapest way to go with a 55 gallon is shop lights... I use them on my 55 gallon. A fixture with room for two bulbs is only about 15 bucks at Walmart. That will give you 80 watts. I hang mine from the ceiling over the tank.
