Will 1 angelfish do OK in a 20 high with 3 guppies and a rubberlip pleco?

I just asked many people the same question. I have an angel fish I may have to move to a smaller tank. They said she would be fine in a 20 (but 29 or larger is recommended), but to do water changes once a week.

Also, they can be territorial/aggressive. I know mine is and that is why she is not moving into the bigger tank with everyone else. Alot of times they are okay with the fish already in there, but will not allow new fish into their tank.

I have it set up and cycled now with a whisper 20 and a cascade 300 internal filter so water changes hopefully wont have to happen quite so often. It is planted heavily so the guppies can hide. I was thinking I would add the angelfish last so hopefully it will be a little less agressive entering a different territory as opposed to adding it first and having guppies invade its territory. Thanks for the help everybody!
