Since you put in new gravel, water ect you will most likey get a cycle. Go get some cycle from your LFs as this will help speed up the cycle process alittle. Keep a close eye on them levels. Did you figure out what kind of fish are in the tank?

From comparisons I've done with watching test readings on various tanks, with Cycle and without, I found that Cycle only helps to lower Ammonia and does nothing to "speed up" the natural bacteria that needs to establish on its own.
Bio Spira is suppose to be legitamate but I've never used it.
Many peeps here swear by it.
I just cycled a 75G in about 3 days with Bio-Spira (I am still registering minute Nitrite as of last night's test, but I bet it will be gone by tonight). I will swear by Bio-Spira as the only way I will cycle a tank going forward.
